Love this pharmacy!!! Best pharmacy in Raleigh. You will not find better customer service! They always have my medication in stock and provide thorough consultation. I moved 30 minutes away and still make the drive because I love them so much.

Picked up my sister's medicine from here today and this is the nicest pharmacy I have ever walked into in my life hands down. Greeted with nothing but kindness smiles and a good feeling bc of how nice&clean it was. Wish I lived closer id switch pharmacy!

I'm a recovering cvsgreens corner retail customer and before Glenwood South Pharmacy, I never imagined it was even possible to love a pharmacy like this. Everyone who works in the Pharmacy here is an absolute gem of a human who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their customers. Not to mention they are extremely responsive and communicative whenever anything changes with my medications/account.

If you guys want to support a business that will go above and beyond for you, GLENWOOD SOUTH PHARMACY!!! Since they’re just 2 blocks from my business, I try to pop in and support them when I can. Today, I was in dire pain from sciatica. I could barely walk. I called them just to ask if they delivered, not really expecting them to necessarily do it. Turns out, they do deliver pharmacy medications on weekdays. But this is a Saturday and I only wanted an OTC drug, so the answer should have been no. But they were sympathetic and found a nice gentleman in the pharmacy to come and deliver Ibuprofen to me, even though it’s an OTC drug. Furthermore, this man REFUSED to take a tip for his troubles! 3 members of our family have had medication filled here since 2018. This pharmacy was on point , and we NEVER had any issues. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed when we needed it, and the staff were so friendly. Then Tony sold it last year and since then it's been a nightmare. The new owners have no idea what they're doing. We have received the wrong medicine more than 6 times. On top of that we were told our insurance didn't cover our medicine and paid out of pocket, more than $500 a month - FOR A YEAR. The day we switched to another pharmacy, all Rxs were approved immediately. The new pharmacist locks herself in the office rendering the pharmacy incapable of filling prescriptions. They fill and send stuff without telling you what they're charging you.
