I have anxiety really bad and I fear the dentist. Been needing to go since the pandemic but was to afraid to make an appointment. My first visit went very well, everyone was nice to me. Dentist was cool didn’t lecture me, so that was good. Went back for my second visit, after calming down, it went smoothly. I like the dentist and I plan on returning. Thank you Glenrose Dentist.

Painful Experience and Unreliable Crown - Would Not Recommend I had a crown done at this clinic, and within three years, it fell off twice. The worst part? It fell off just one week after it was first placed. When I went back to have it re-cemented, I had to wait over an hour just to be seen by the doctor. And when he finally saw me, he didn't ask if I wanted anesthesia--he just started scraping off the old cement. My nerve was still alive. It hurt so bad I could barely breathe. He didn't ask, didn't explain, and didn't give me a choice. Just told me to "hang in there." I felt violated, ignored, and in unbearable pain. I am leaving this dentist due to the front desk is so laid back taking my request. For my last visit the doctor asked me why I was not paying visit on a routine basis. The answer was I was not even asked to reschedule one. So that lady just did her check and told me that she will need to check with my insurance to verify. After 2-3 months of waiting am still waiting and she told me she just resubmitted on 01/12. This is just lame and radicukous excuse. My wife is also having same insurance under my plan so she will be leaving too. The doctor here is good but how can you expect that if the front desk is not even scheduling you a meeting?

I really wanted to like this place. The doctor seems nice and he seems to have done a good job with my gum issue so far. I haven't had the experience that I felt they were charging me for extra services. However, I've had to wait almost an hour every time I've come here, they misplaced my x-rays in another patients chart at my second visit, and I was scheduled to get a general cleaning as well as have the doc take a quick look at my gum issue. They decided not to do a cleaning because it was too close to being one year since my last visit. They wanted me to come back for a full cleaning and xrays even tho I told them it's difficult for me to make it in and I didn't get my 6 month cleaning yet.

My family and I have been going to Glenrose Dental for over 17 years I was so fearful of the dentist the first time I went in. Had gone to another dentist where my root had been cracked. At Glenrose they did extraordinary work and stabilize the root and saved my tooth. I have remained a patient since along with 5 other family members. Granddaughter had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled here with no residual problems.
