Glendora Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

Glendora Smiles has been my dental home for a long long time. I let my dental maintenance lapse a little unfortunately. I just had an appointment with them on Monday. They got me fully back up to speed. They were prompt, crystal clear on what I needed and how we were going to get there. Dental work = PROFESSIONAL!! What I really want to let others know is about the staff. They are so friendly that it really feels like visiting old friends that I haven't seen in awhile. Seriously, they are the BEST!! This particular visit, I was seen by Dr. Lee and a wonderful hygienist named Sarah. They are worthy and deserve to be mentioned by name. Thank you for the wonderful and friendly care. I truly enjoy going to the dentist...how often do you hear people say that??

I’ve been coming here for years and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The entire staff is always welcoming and professional, and Lauren is especially kind and helpful every time I visit. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely care about your long-term dental health. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a team that really puts patients first!

Glendora Smiles had me walking out with a smile:) I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I found this office because it was next door to the bank I was going to. Dr. Park , his dental assistant and Irma are amazing, professional and kind. As a first time patient they were very detailed with the treatment I needed and clearly explained the cost for the recommended services. I am very satisfied with their dental care and will be referring their office to my friends and family.

I would like to bring up a concern regarding recent CBCT scans performed in the clinic which operate by one of Dental assistant. the “CBCT scans” had to be repeated multiple times due to incorrect technique. As a result, this led to unnecessary additional radiation exposure for the patient and still did not consistently produce the specific diagnostic images needed to properly assist with the dental procedure. It appears that there may be a gap in training on how to correctly perform area-specific CBCT scans. To ensure patient safety, image quality, and workflow efficiency, I strongly recommend arranging a dedicated “in-service”training session on CBCT scan operation for the team. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for supporting continued staff education.

I had a great experience with my root canal at Glendora Smiles! The dentists were super professional and made sure to be thorough throughout the procedure. I'm really happy with how everything turned out!
