Glass Road Family Dentistry

Tracy is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever had caring for my teeth. I hope to take them with me. LOL. I wish Dr. Nelson was more friendly...maybe he was having a bad day.

I recently visited this office for treatment and had a very disappointing experience. The front desk representative repeatedly misrepresented the amount owed for services, despite my dental insurance clearly outlining the correct amount. She asked multiple times to confirm whether there was a deductible, as it seemed if she wanted a different amount. It felt like the amount was trying to be adjusted in hopes that I would simply pay more out of pocket. When I stood firm on what my insurance stated, service was ultimately refused without any apology or attempt to resolve the issue. Additionally, the hygienist misdiagnosed me and has since refused to send her clinical notes to my new dentist’s office. Had a great experience today. I cracked a front tooth and the dentist did a wonderful job of filling in the tooth and making it look like nothing happened! His dental assistant Jamie was awesome! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful dentist! I would've chose this place right away when I had a dental issue months back but being a new patient I had to wait 4 months. I went to a walk in Aspen Dental and they were horrible. Glass Road Dentistry is right across the road from my eye doctor so it was for convenience but they helped explain what Aspen couldn't and took care of me well beyond what any walk in could. Well worth the wait!

I had never been to this office but had a tooth ache so called and they got me in same day!! All the staff were so helpful and nice. The doctor took his time with me and found the problem. I'm transferring to Glass Road Family Dentistry as a regular patient now and my daughter is transferring here too!
