Glasgow Prescription Center

I’ve been a client of GPC for 5 years. Recently I’ve noticed lack of stability when refilling my medication. Last month I refilled my meds on the new app, and they were never filled until I came in & asked about them. If you use automated system, and ask for delivery 9 times out of 10 I have to go pick them up because they didn’t deliver. And I also have problems with PA’s and getting meds filled in a timely manner. Not sure if this is on doctor/pharmacy side. I genuinely like all employees there, but would prefer more attention to the details.

Excellent service. The pharmacy staff knows their stuff and they go above and beyond for their customer.

I have never written a bad review before, but this NEEDS to be noted. I moved here to Glasgow about 9 months ago and have been helping my partner with her medications. I don't think the employees here realize that every single time my partner has called this prescription center, it's on speaker and I can hear very quickly. The employees here are rude, and this is the 2nd time she has called her meds in to be delivered and the employees forgot. Literally forgot. We've had someone on the phone who works at this establishment who has admitted to forgetting. This is absolutely ridiculous. She needs to be on medications to manage different things and we're probably going to start going through a different prescription center and avoid this place as much as possible because there is no excuse fo

I normally don’t leave reviews, but after this encounter I wanted this noted. Missy/ Misty whoever works the desk/phones for the DME department is very RUDE and unprofessional to say the least. Firstly she answered the phone like it was her personal phone + with attitude. Secondly she proceeded with the rude tone in her voice, and seemed overall like it was an issue / problem for her to do her job and help me. Worst experience I’ve had here.

I'm going out of town in the morning & forgot to get my daughter's prescription refilled, so after attempting to contact our normal pharmacy & realizing they were closed, I went over here attempting to see if they'd refill her prescription for her & they happily did so & very quickly at that! Garrett was wonderful & a joy to work with. After learning that you also deliver, we'll probably be switching over to you for all our family needs. I love it pharmacy, but you guys have better, more convenient hours & again, the service was great!! I'm very impressed!!
