I would give more stars if I could. Ron Zimmerman and Karen Bussey were so nice and when they delivered my new chair they both made sure that everything was adjusted right to fit my body and specific needs. When I had questions or concerns they always got right back to me as well. I would like to give my appreciation and gratitude for the great service I recieved. I would definitely suggest that if you need a new wheelchair, call them. thanks guys!

Ron was the best! He was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about the new cubby bed. The other guy and Ron had it installed within a hour.

They are sorry excuse for customer service plan on waiting on hold all day long and to get anyone in service to fix or pick up your power chair or any thing I had equipment 1 year can't get nothing done but a run around no one does nothing but disconnect you to force you call back thought this was a respectful company only until they sell you equipment then for service your on your own customer service lmao biggest joke plan a day of hokd pack a lunch dinner or breakfast you won't get anyone for service up date next day they contacted me looked at power chair to tell me what I knew but 2 to 3 week wait for part still no chair to get around on until they get new controller wish they had a loaner ill boost 2 stars because actually contacted next day even though had 4 hours day before hold g
