Glacier Medical Associates Evergreen

My daughter's family has been patients of Glacier Medical for 30 years. I have been a patient since my move to The Flathead 15 years ago. My doctor with them recently retired, and I have relocated to Kalispell. Dr Ben Pate, and the staff in Evergreen are among the best with Glacier Medical. I recommend them highly to everyone. They truly care, ask all the right questions and really listen.

The vibe here is off. Front desk gal is rude and makes waiting for your appt uncomfortable. Nurses are super stressed. I’d rather go to WF just to avoid that. Our doc at the WF clinic told us to go to the evergreen clinic’s walk-in care for follow-up. This really isn’t a walk-in clinic. We waited over an hour and then were told they still didn’t know when they’d get us in, so we ended up having to schedule an appointment four days out.

Dr Pate is amazing. He listens to our concerns, looks outside the box, and his knowledge is above average. I drive an hour and a half just to see him, our whole family. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment scheduled at 4:40pm that I needed to reschedule so I called the office starting at 3pm and was put on hold right away. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I hung up and called right back only to be put on hold again and after 10 more minutes on hold I hung up. When I called the office for the third time, I was placed on hold again and shortly after that someone from the "after hours" call service came on the phone and informed me that Glacier Medical associates sends their calls to the after hours call service starting at 4:30pm but they are open untl 5pm.🤔 It makes absolutely no sense why you would direct calls to the after hours call center at 4:30 when the office is open until 5pm. I was unable to reschedule my appointment and was a no show for the appointment I

This clinic is excellent including office staff and medical staff. I truly felt listened to, received prompt care and am so grateful for your services.
