Gilcrease Medical Group

Leaving a review now is futile. THE OFFICE IS CLOSED! So i was informed. Website still up? Doors open, but not there for patients. They didn't notify me until 2 weeks before my appointment. They didn't notify me months ago when Dr Gilcrease left, informed me another Dr was available. Scripts can't be filled, another Dr appointment a month out. Never thought this was such an uncaring, unprofessional practice.

I am a new patient with the Gilcrease Medical Group. My husband has gone to them for years and loves how Rita Thomas always goes above and beyond. I decided to go there and I fell in love with her. So professional and caring. Asking me many questions to get to know me. Spent lots of time with me. Made me feel like a person not just a patient.

I have been going to Gilcrease Medical Group since 2018. Dr. Gilcrease is an excellent doctor, and Rita Thomas is absolutely wonderful. The staff have always been great too, every single one of them. I honestly wouldn't go to another practice. They have excellent bedside manners and give you all the time you may need. I've never been rushed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding medical care.

I've been seen by Gilcrease / Rita for years with no issues. I had a horrible experience with the front desk receptionist (Cassie J.) She was rude chewing gum as if she's walking around in her own home, finger to the temple as I express my concern due to her lack of professionalism, rolling her eye's during this whole interaction. This is completely unacceptable and very dangerous for people who are seeking help as I also had the pleasure on chatting with other clients that same day as they also experience the same if not worse behavior from Cassie. A HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL woman who is a horrible representation of Gilcrease and Rita. Everyone else was fantastic as always. Careful and I highly recommend you call her on her nasty attitude and phone etiquette.

The NP Rita Thomas, is very good. She listens and makes the appropriate suggestions. My only problem is I have been going to see or hope to see Dr. Gilcrease for almost a year and a half and I have not seen or even met him yet. I'm starting to get the feeling that they just want my Insurance And I'm not important enough to meet the doctor. But so far so good.
