Gibson's Pharmacy of Jonesboro

I've been using this pharmacy for over 20 years. All the staff throughout the years has ALWAYS been so nice & helpful when it comes to my medicine & insurance. The staff always has the nicest attitude whenever I have a question about meds, and if you have a question and they dont know, they always call back with answers. The staff is so caring. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

I moved to Jonesboro a YEAR ago. Picking Gibsons as my pharmacy because I had heard such raving reviews of how competent they were. Friendly and supportive. They have been nothing but rude and inappropriate since day one! They each, Brittney, Amber, Heather AND Brian have each spoke with me over the last WEEK. Brittany telling me my insurance had been CANCELED. I'm on disability and Medicare. Have been since February 2011. No, my insurance had NOT been canceled. And not one of them has been kind or has explained ANYTHING to me. I had to contact Medicare AND my advantage plan , looking like an idiot. THIS was on July 3. I spoke to Brittany AGAIN and she wasn't helpful on getting my meds muchless assisting me BEFORE the holiday weekend. So on Friday the 5th they didn't resolve anyt

Went in to fill a brand new script with 2 different dosages. They informed me that insurance wouldn't cover the meds. I told my wife the problem that they had with filling the meds. She went in and asked them why they weren't filling her script when it was a brand new script and the second one that was a very small pill. When she left they were filling her scripts both of them. One was covered by insurance which they should have filled. When the lady came to check me out and blamed me and said I set her up. Tired of people not taking responsibility for their shortcoming. Not my fault. They asked us to leave and transfer pharmacy and that is fine by me. We have been going there for 10 years and this isn't even close to the first time we have had problems.
