I prefer Jeff Torresdale but they referred me here for this particular surgery. Dr Malley has been incredible... I'm in a bunch of pain (to be expected) but he did an amazing job! My nurses (Ellie on day shifts & Molly on nights) were the best. They cared for me without BOTHERING me and Ellie was a true blessing. I'm autistic & have many sensory issues and whatnot. I had plenty of meltdowns because my mom ended up leaving with all my comfort items (my headphones, kinda weighted cooling blanket, etc) but Ellie helped me out A LOT. There was a hiccup and I had to wait like, 8 hours for a room after surgery. I was supposed to be in the transplant floor in a private room but I ended up on the small side of a shared room on the 7th floor. The shared room experience after my surgery was awful.

My partner stayed here after he had to get emergency surgery on his arm after it broke in an accident. The care he received was so friendly and wonderful, and they extended that kindness to me as well.

Workers at the Jefferson Gibbons building front desk security parking are just downright nasty and rude. They need sensitivity training, elevators filthy dirty broke and someone was actually stuck in there and they had the fire department trying to get someone out of the elevator, parking validation machine never works and once you get up to put your ticket in, there’s always a problem handle doesn’t go up. You have to pay more even though you already paid. you call everyone slow traffic piling up been here 31 days and only had the validation machine work ones all the money you pay for parking when your loved ones are sick in the hospital is outrageous

My Mom was a patient here she received Outstanding Care From Dr Evans and his Team I'm completely So honored and humbled and Blessed That My mom Seen The Same Drs. With her Illness That She has. However The Case Manger Shirley F. Should Not Have Title She has She Should Have Janitor Position Nurse Practitioner Crystal Clueless Could not even give me information on Other rehabilitation centers and Molly the oncologist Terrible Telling someone you could imagine how they feel when you are watching someone you love being free sprit to watching them slowly Go Down Hill is heartbreaking These 3 I'm just speechless beyond This point If My Mother is to Ever Go Back I Don't want These 3 to handle nothing of My mother's or my family PERIOD!!!! A DAM 1 YEAR OLD HAS MORE SINCE THEN THESE 3

Just unprofessional! Take long to do any task while you’re admitted the ER is very unsanitary when it comes to making appointments secretary are very in patient and rude I feel so sorry for the elderly that needs a lot of help and just wanna ask a simple question and it’s just simply rude from the gate
