GIANT Pharmacy

When Rite-Aid closed we were reluctant to move our prescriptions to Giant -but we have been pleasantly pleased with the personal touch and assistance with any questions we would have. Glad I can shop and get prescriptions at the same place now.

Horrible experience when picking up my instacart online order. I received my notification for my order and when I get to the store I let them know I have arrived by putting my parking space number as instructed. After about 10 minutes waiting I receive an additional message stating there was no one available to bring my order which I didn't understand because I had seen several staff members bringing other people groceries to their cars. I called inside the store just to be told that my order isn't there. I went inside and spoke with the young girls who had attitude because I kept trying to explain to them that my order was shopped and ready for pickup. They continuously insisted that I was at the wrong Giant location(untrue). I finally get on the phone with customer service who reassured

Never had a problem, tho the drive thru line can get busy with only 1 lane open.

I've been going to this Giant pharmacy for a few years now and they are by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. The pharmacist and technicians have always been helpful and pleasant, my prescriptions are filled very quickly, and if there's ever an issue with an out-of-stock medication, they order it immediately and it's usually available in just a day or two. I can call with questions and they are always kind, never acting as though they're too busy to help. I find they go above and beyond to provide great customer service and are running an efficient, well organized operation.
