So much better thsn CVS. They answer the phone!! Have been great getting special orders and call me if not covered. I love the text app when its ready.

Great helpful staff. They get 5 stars! Giant Pharmacy Corporate gets 2 stars : I was removed from the prescription texting alerts last January. After repeated inquiries and the excellent staff trying to get me and others back onto the texting service, I still have to call them and bother the overworked staff to find out if my medication refills are done...my husband takes multiple prescriptions and this means I am calling sometimes 2x a week...This should not be. Customers should be able to get back into this service...this would be called good customer service. So I will use 3 stars here.

This store is big and spacious. They have a wonderful bakery and deli. Their vegan section is one of the most diverse I have seen. The employees are helpful and courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. I shop here on a regular basis and would recommend this grocery store over most others in the West Chester, PA area.

Elder gentleman that works here is rude and always acts like he’s being inconvenienced. Terrible customer service.

switched from CVS to Giant and couldn't be more happy with the customer service at Giant Pharmacy. Employees are always courteous and diligent.
