Giant Pharmacy

Pharmacy- I have seen other posts that talk about the rudeness of the people at the pharmacy. Giant pharmacy people are rude. The people at the counter act as if they are miserable. So I go to pick up a prescription today…when I called it in the recording said it will be ready at 1pm. I was there at 2:05. After sour puss face called me over, she says it’s not ready. I asked how long will it be? She said 15-20 min. I had somewhere else to go so I said they said it would be ready at 1pm. She said so you want to wait…I said no, I’ll come back another time. Not a we’re sorry, blah blah … nothing. Wasted trip.

Very friendly staff and less busy than CVS.

If you are looking for professional or caring pharmacists or a pharmacist that is a little bit nice then you should AVOID the Giant Pharmacy in Warrenton, VA! I have never met ruder people in ALL my life! I took a 94 yr old lady that I’m a caretaker for to the Giant in Warrenton, Va on 9/28/2022 at 9:40 am to get her covid booster! We were treated very rudely because we didn’t have an appointment & we didn’t fill info out online!!! SHES 94 YEARS OLD!!!!! All the people working in the pharmacy at Giant in Warrenton, Va act like they hate their job & hate when customers bother them!!! If it were up to me, I would of taken this lady to CVS in warrenton, va where you are treated much kinder!!!

I've shopped at this location since shopping with my mom as a child... and now I bring my son with me... it seems like the spirit of customer service is deep in the roots of the store. No matter the face lift or new staff I've never had a poor experience... even the ONE time I had trouble with an item not meeting my expectations they were happy to reassure me and replace the item. Warrenton's home town feeling is always at this Giant. :)
