GIANT Pharmacy

The pharmacy website always has issues. Most of the time, it doesn't allow for an online refill, and I'm unable to load the page correctly. I work in IT, so I understand how webpages work and have used five different browsers. However, the page does not function; I am unable to log in to the pharmacy, as nothing loads for the login process. I have no pop-up blockers. It seems only to be an issue with the Phoenixville pharmacy; others load fine but can't use them as they are not for my pharmacy obviously. FIX YOUR PHARMACY WEBSITE!!!!!!!

KARI was so nasty at the pharmacy. I’ll never return and I’ll be telling friends and family I don’t recommend l. A shame because the other staff is wonderful.

I have noticed a repeated trend at the Phoenixville store . They don't and won't bag your groceries. First time, I had a cart full with still half the order I needed to bag. I always help. Once the cashier has completed the transaction, I assumed they would help bag the groceries. Nope just started throwing the next person's groceries back. I asked if they were going to help me I was told "I could if I have too" and they proceeded to stand there staring at me. Flustered and feeling hurried I threw my stuff in the bag. I called the office to inquire if they have a new policy we dont know about and was told "they are under no obligation to help you bag". What? Why did I pick the lane with a cashier? Not only do u have to pay for bags unlike the one in norristown, the bag ripped with just cardboard cup coffee and a cereal box. Also, the girl at check out is absolutely inappropriate every single time. She stands by my kids every time and tried to interact with them even when I’ve shown we are not interested in having a convo when I’m trying to keep react of my kids while checking out. THEN she is standing there offering them cookies to buy. I said no the first time and she waits standing there still and offers cookies again.. infront of them and I said no . Never again are we going here. I’m sick of her every time we check out being invasive instead of a polite hello and goodbye . And the cheap bags etc

Good store, but I've been ripped off 3 times, twice in 2 weeks while getting gas at someone fraudulently using my card at the pump!!- It's either a worker there or they need to keep better tabs on the gas pump card readers getting hacked into- I'll go to another place to get my gas!
