Try to avoid that pharmacy if you can. There is a pharmacist there. Her name is Jessica. She is the rudest and nastiest pharmacist I ever met. That woman has no empathy and no compassion. She’s always right. When I complained about the mistake they made with my antipsychotic and antidepressant medication, she suggested I go to another pharmacy and hung up on me. I have to live without my medication for two months because of her. When I called back and asked to talk to her, she told me she has the right no longer fill my prescriptions and that I must to go to another pharmacy for good

This morning, I went to pick up my father’s prescription for pink eye. When I arrived at the drop-off box, no one came to assist me. I noticed the pharmacist, Jessica, sitting inside, and when she finally responded, she gave me the roller. I explained the situation and handed her the prescription, but instead of providing clear assistance, she gave me a hard time, stating that the medication was not covered and that it was my responsibility to call the doctor’s office. Throughout the interaction, her tone and attitude were unprofessional and dismissive, which made the experience very unpleasant. This was my first time using this pharmacy, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I will not be returning due to the poor service I received.

This Giant pharmacy on Grant ave is the best I have ever used. These guys have helped me for years and I trust them completely. They are on point with everything. So much knowledge behind the counter. So professional and caring. It’s almost like family. That’s the feeling I get when I deal with these guys. I can’t say enough good things about them other than that they blow me away. Almost every time I approach the counter they know who I am and fetch my script with the quickness. It’s really a nice feeling to be cared about like that. Thanks for everything you guys!!🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️

Tami was very rude. She watched me stand at her register while she checked out one person in the same amount of time the cashier next to her checked out 3 people and she looked at my items several times and when I finally get to her she says very rudely ma’am you need to go to the back to get this checked out we don’t do this up front and I apologized and said I was not from PA and she got agitated and louder said I need you to go to the back. Extremely unprofessional however Jonathan in the back was very polite.
