Great pharmacy, switched from CVS and don't regret it.

Horrible customer service and consistently filling the wrong prescriptions. Their job is literally that…filling prescriptions and being friendly to customers, they can’t do either. I’ll be going back to Weis in Mount Joy. I suggest you do the same.

Poorest customer service. As a social worker clients rely on me to help them. Twice now the incompetent person at the front failed to order necessary medication for a client. When asked why they had no reason or excuse, just offered to order it again. Seriously? The fact is Giant makes thousands off of prescriptions. You would think they could afford competent help and they could be a little more detail oriented with how they managed medication since it affects people's lives. Hopefully Paul will finally deliver on the promise to order the medication. His staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing, maybe he could also provide some training.

Regina , is very kind and detail oriented . Maybe others who work there could be like her . The day goes better when you are nice to everyone every time!

Everyone is always friendly. Have had to wait a few times for certain meds to be ordered/restocked but alway done in a timely manner.
