GIANT Pharmacy

They really try their best but I’d hate my job too if I had to spend 8 hours a day in a tiny fishbowl with the grayest fluorescent lighting known to man and a constant line of people staring. In all seriousness, they’re great and patient in person and over the phone and I’ve had pharmacists go out of their way to make sure I get my meds.

I forgot my eye drops at home when I was on my way to Florida and they filled my replacement in 15 minutes with no problems. They are absolutely the greatest!!! Can’t say Thank You Enough!!!

This has always been our go to location for our pharmacy needs. After my wife passed away I continue to use the same pharmacy because of the knowledgeable pharmacists and their great & friendly staff. There's always a smile and an understanding ear whoever you get to talk to. If one of my drugs could cause interactions with other meds they will tell me as soon as they get the scripts or contact my doctor. I have found the nirvana of pharmacies!

There are few times that I haven’t waited in line at least 15 min to pick up a medication. I have to plan to be waiting at the pharmacy (for a med that is ready for pick up) at least 30 min to ensure I have enough time. Ridiculous wait times enough for me to be switching pharmacies. It’s been like this for at least a year. I don’t recommend this pharmacy!

My experiences with CVS has been bizarre to say the least. Recently I had my doctor send a replacement prescription to Giant as CVS had taken two weeks to finally send voice mail that it was ready, then asked $128 for a $3 prescription and didn’t have time or interest in checking out the mistake. Giant is 100% the opposite. Only problem is that they are not a “preferred” supplier to my insurance so prescriptions cost more.
