Absolutely Awful service! Hours are RIDICULOUS!! They act like you’re bothering them when they hide in the back!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!

The big girl Is always grumpy and mean. The Asian girl trys to boss you around. The last time was 10/16/24 and I left (without my prescription) after ms China acted like everbody can see the sign "line forms here" that they actually have in a display case with merchandise, so It ISN'T placed In a high visible location and you actually HAVE to search for It to actually see It. I will never go back! Seems as though this store has a history of rude pharmacy techs. Hey pharmacy owner, for two years we customers have been telling you about the grumpy people behind the pharmacy counter at Gettysburg Pharmacy. I bet your sales would Improve If their attitudes Improved. I don't care what you say, I will not use Gettysburg pharmacy ever again! Maybe the pharmacy owner Is grumpy too.

This pharmacy is very slow. Never expect same day refills unless it’s sent early morning. The pharmacists are always helpful and pleasant… the mature lady with short black hair who rings you up, not so much. Maybe I always see her on her bad days?

A pretty good pharmacy in my experience, and I have been using their services for quite a few years. I started with Giant after tiring of the lengthy lines and apathetic service at Walmart. The Giant staff try to be helpful, they call me if there's a delay in my getting my prescriptions so I don't waste a trip in, and they have tried to save me money more than once. All in all a better than average pharmacy.
