Dealt with Steve…..so very upset , he broke hippa and I have ever intention to follow thru with my lawyer.. he was screaming my husband medications out loud for all around to see and hear! That man deserves to be fired. Followed up with corporate. This I hope never happens to another. Never will I go back but he needs to learn a lesson from this. He should not be dealing with pts. He should be fired.

I've had nothing but problems since I had to transfer my prescription to Giants. They don't fill the prescriptions when they are due and when I question this I'm told it's done manually. They just closed after they told me to give them a few minutes to process my prescription that they've had on file for weeks. I will be calling corporate this is ridiculous. Now I'm being told they are out of my medication.

Giant does not adhere to their sign prices. I got ripped off yesterday picked up 2 for $7 blueberries only to have them ring up as 5.99 each. I told cashier no thank you but she didn't remove from my bill. I bought peaches at 2.47 lb but got charged 3.99lb at register. I failed to check this til I got home. Now I hate Giant and won't shop there anymore. And yes I used my rewards for this purchase. After you get home you don't want to run back to complain. This is the 2nd time to happen with fruit so I'm done. Bye bye Giant.

I switched from cvs to giant a couple years ago. And nothing but issues. Latest is, 2 medications for my husband were shorted. Just noticed the one a few minutes ago. Not enough to finish the month. It's the heart pill. So now he's gonna be screwed. I'm done . Switching to someone else. Your screwing with my husband will being Update. I spoke to giant and they are rectifing the issues

The pharmacist was very rude to my husband ... She needs to go back learn compassion for customer that are sick or in pain .. Instead they said they were not going to fill his script here anymore ..
