GIANT Pharmacy

I just joined the Giant pharmacy in Exton and I think they’re great !! The pharmacist Brian, is kind and very helpful.

Wow, I can’t rave more about how wonderful I was treated at this pharmacy. We all have our experiences with the CVS, Riteaid, and other chains that never answer the phone and when you go there they treat you horrible and rude. Well I called Giant Pharmacy because I had a prescription back ordered and couldn’t get anyone to even care, Selena answered right away and took her time to help and was extremely helpful and nice. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for now on. All the ladies there were also very helpful and kind, I wish I had their names. Thank you Giant Pharmacy.

I was talking with technician she is super nice and patient help with my prescription issue, compare to my previous pharmacy this location is heaven. I am taking all my future meds here.

Giant Swedesford Road has been my pharmacy for at least 11 years now and I wouldn't want to go to any other place. Their pharmacist "Joe" is the BEST. He knows just about everything, doesn't hesitate a moment to answer questions, especially about insurance costs and double checks a price if there is any question whatsoever. He and his staff, especially Vicky, could not give better customer service. They are just terrific, as are the rest of their staff. If you need something that is OTC, they will personally take you to the item. The personal attention I've received there doesn't compare to anywhere else....they are simply the best pharmacy around.

I would like to "second" everything Cynthia said in the post (below or above? Ha). Allison, Vicky, Joe, Suzy, Gina. et al, they often bend over backwards, to help or advise, in the very complex world of multiple prescriptions. Thank you all! I've felt with many other pharmacies in other places I've lived, & the people who work at Giant Pharmacy Exton, are more professional & more personable, than any other I've every felt with.
