Giant Pharmacy

I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years. The people behind the counter are so helpful. They have come out onto the floor to assist me in finding products that do not require prescriptions. They have an automated system to renew your meds if you choose. They will complete your order while you shop. They will send you text when your meds are ready. if a medication is up for renewal they will contact your doctor if you give them permission. They can give you covid, flu, and shingle shots right there so no office visit no office visit bill.

I paid for my groceries then waited at the pharmacy for my prescription, they did great and were kind. however when I went to leave the cart locked up and I slammed my leg into it. apparently it's on some sort of timer? that's insane that I can't wait for YOUR pharmacy with your carts. Otherwise, I love Giant, the lady who works the self check out us very sweet and the pharmacy is nice. Don't punish me for being patient.

TERRIBLE pharmacy. If you call and ask if they have a hard to find medication in stock, they will lie and say yes. Have your script sent to them, call, and find out it was never in stock and is back ordered. If you take medication for serious needs, DO NOT TRUST. I get to spend a week off my critical meds during a work trip because of these liars. It’s now too late for me to find a pharmacy in the state that has it in stock. Worse than CVS pharmacy and that is saying something.

Pharmacy staff is always helpful. Even when busy, they make every attempt to answer questions and assist customers. That quality makes a big difference for me!

Incompetent. Texted me 6/30 prescription ready 7/8. Got there and was told on back order. They knew this for the last 2 weeks and failed to notify me. Incompetent
