Giant Pharmacy

Prescriptions are frequently filled 3 days after prescription is written. My doctor, when we had an appointment - and he questioned why I had medication leftover the day of the appointment - was quite astounded when I told him it hadn't been filled until 3 days after he prescribed it, given my disease is LIFE-THREATENING. I looked at the date the last prescription was filled, and, indeed: 3 days after he prescribed it. This very, VERY BAD. The doctor was livid. Likeableness is one thing, but professionalism is vastly more important. They are rarely either one. If you get lucky, the person at the counter is polite, but one gets they impression they truly do not care. You have to call to check up on a prescription, and their response is usually, "We'll have it ready later today." NO. If yo

The one on 33rd street Baltimore City! If u need a medicine that u really need DONT GO THERE! My medicine was sent over at 11:00am yesterday morning and I went at 5pm and it wasn’t ready! Got there this morning 11:30am and guess what it still wasn’t ready! I’ll never use them anymore. It’s sad u gotta wait 24 hours to get ur meds.

Great pharmacy Staff here is pleasant considering the influx in the workload due to the closing of most pharmacies in the neighborhood . The pharmacist manager and new pharmacist are awesome and very helpful !!

I wish l could give them a 0 no stars they are terrible and that’s a understatement. They are very unprofessional. They have about 10 people working. There will only one register working. They’re very slow all the women there including the manager has a really bad disposition about themselves and nasty attitude. I need my medication early. My doctor sent it over and they still saying that they’re not gonna fill it. They go off there assumptions and their judgments. Please save anybody hassle. Do not go there their terrible, I just changed my pharmacy and I couldn’t be more happier
