The employees were honestly extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. It seems like there needs to be better training in how to interact with customers respectfully and professionally. Alternatively, it may be worth considering hiring individuals who genuinely want to work there and provide good service. There are many people who would be happy to have this job and treat customers kindly. I was mainly disappointed by the bad attitudes and the snarky comments that were made.
They have been very helpful to me. The pharmacy that I was using played games with me every month. It was always a different excuse and I always had to have my insurance fix it. These folks have not given me any issues and filled my meds on time with no lapses. Thanks.
Really nice people I like shopping at Giant, eagle
Really unhelpful. Rude once you finally get to speak to someone. Don’t expect them to actually get in touch with a doctor to get more refills on simple medications. The text program WAS nice at one time. I’d recommend this pharmacy if you can stand to do without your prescription.
They are really nice and always helpful. They don't make me feel judged, like some other big-name pharmacies, for the medication I'm prescribed and need for my mental sanity! I have yet to have a bad experience with them.😊
