Giant Eagle Pharmacy

I have been going to this pharmacy for over two years now… Not only are they always so incredibly respectful & patient with every single customer they help, despite them being pretty busy often- they are also very educational if you have questions! I’ve never felt like I’m taking up “too much of their time”. They are genuinely there to help. I just wanted to say, their professionalism is very appreciated. I’m sure working in a pharmacy every day isn’t easy!

I had an excellent experience with Tasneem when she administered my flu shot today. She was incredibly respectful, kind, and professional, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a flu shot

The techs and especially the head pharmacist are the nicest I’ve experienced. The pharmacist/manager is the most engaging and helpful I’ve ever had, going out of his way to call if there’s an issue, give suggestions to pass onto my doctors if there’s supply chain issues, and overall friendliest and most caring I’ve had. Previously I had used another Giant Eagle pharmacy and while they were polite, they didn’t go out of their way to help like the manager at the Detroit Ave location. The staff reflect his demeanor and that speaks volumes. They always make sure to find the cheapest prices available since I don’t have insurance and are equally as friendly.

I love the pharmacist here. He always takes the time to explain or help in any way that he can. Super knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about mine and my family's well being.
