I underwent liposuction of my abdomen with Dr. Diamantis in the summer of 2023 after being referred by another patient. While my initial consultation was positive—he was friendly, approachable, and answered my questions—the experience after surgery was extremely disappointing. The procedure itself went smoothly, but once I returned home, I began experiencing lightheadedness and heart palpitations. When I contacted the office, I was told repeatedly that I was not drinking enough fluids. I explained that I was hydrating adequately (to the point of very frequent urination), but my concerns were dismissed. He made sure both surgeries were tailored to my face and made to appear natural, so much so that some family members thought I looked great but couldn’t tell what was different!
