Giant Eagle Pharmacy

Although this pharmacy normally treats every patient/customer with dignity and respect, the person that I spoke with today trying to get a refill was the most ignorant disrespectful person that I’ve ever spoken to in any pharmacy, asked why a prescription wasn’t on automatic refill list and was told they no longer do automatic refills when they just filled a couple a few days ago that were done by auto refill. I’ve been a customer of this pharmacy for over 10 years and really considering moving to another pharmacy after being treated this way

I recently switched my pharmacy to this location, and I couldn’t be happier with the change. The staff here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to assist me. Their exceptional service and genuine care have made a big difference, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done so far. Highly recommend!

Best pharmacy I've found. Great in all aspects but one. I don’t think the pharmacy should deny a prescription that the doctor orders. My doctors know all my meds and if there is interaction between drugs they advise me how to use the meds. Some of the pharmacists at Belle Vernon have refused to fill a script until they speak to a doctor. When getting some scripts time is of the essence. I have Lyme disease and need my script ASAP when I am reinfected with a tick bite. Tim especially goes above and beyond to do a great service. MOST of the pharmacy assistants are great.

These professional people are so nice and friendly l am thankful l was transferred from Rid Aide to Belle Vernon store. Thank you for making it so easy.

In my opinion, the staff of the Belle Vernon PA pharmacy are the absolute best! They are all very knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond to help any of their customers. Giant Eagle needs to recognize the staff. All of them, Tiffany, Jordan, the two Holly’s, the two Kelly’s, Linda, Rita, Amanda and Tim. You couldn’t ask for a better team, I just love and appreciate them all!
