CVS Pharmacy

I always have good service here only thing I'd change is the drive through pharmacy. They all go to lunch at the same time which put a lot of us customers to be stuck on our lunch breaks from work to be able to pick up our prescriptions. I don't see the reason in having every employee in the pharmacy taking lunch at the same time. It's very inconvenient for me to go after work. Otherwise great people,clean and helpful at this location.. the pharmacy drive-thru takes forever

I did not use the drive through but did venture in the store. Very clean and everything is accessable. The pharmacy is conveniently in the back of the store. They have a virtual health area , some local information of the area as well as history books for sale. The staff is very helpful and it is Wheelchair accessible.

Just stopped in to lower my rating to 1 star I am literally having nightmares keeping me up at night due to my recent experiences with this location. If I could selly house and move to another town so I could try a different CVS location 😔 probably would. They constantly make you go through the lines multiple times because of their mistakes. They continue to blame my provider for not doing their jobs yet this is the only pharmacy I've even been to that doesn't know how to communicate properly with a doctor's office. I feel like their secretary playing telephone between them and UPMC. Can't count the times I've missed diabetes prescriptions due to the incompetence of this location. Going on 2 months now trying to get a prescription filled. Anyways it's 4am. The CVS nightmares woke me

I was and still am sad that my local pharmacy closed,but they have been great during the transition. I appreciate there attention to details and very polite.

CVS Belle Vernon pharmacy always goes above and beyond with how they handle their patients and customers. You Never feel like you are bothering anyone when you have a question. They all are friendly and very professional. And they listen to your concerns. Thank you CVS pharmacy
