Get Well Urgent Care Of Southfield

I had a truly positive experience at Get Well Urgent Care in Southfield. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine concern. The front desk team was efficient and welcoming, making the check‑in process smooth. The medical staff took their time to listen, explain, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I left feeling cared for, respected, and confident in the treatment I received. I’m grateful for the entire team and the quality of service they provide to the community. Thank you, Get Well Urgent Care Southfield, for going above and beyond when people need it most.

I would have given them 5 stars, but the receptionists at the front desk do not have any customer service skills. In my opinion, when people do not feel well, at the very least you could say please or thank you or how can I help you. When I approached the counter, both receptionists i sat there as if I didn’t exist. When I asked them for their names, they would not respond. The doctor and the medical technician were wonderful, but the receptionists were awful. I would go somewhere else where you feel welcomed.

My experience was great. I've only used urgent care twice for Covid (testing) clearance for traveling. This was the first time I used it for a real problem, e.g. a fall down a few steps. I made a 7am appointment, and pre-registered, so the entire process worked seamlessly. I didnt wait long for anything (vitals, x-rays, diagnosis, on-site treatment, and prescription.), and when The staff was friendly, polite and thorough. I would select this urgent care over a hospital ER anyday.

I took my 14 year old to Get Well Urgent Care today for a simple sports physical and the staff was so welcoming and friendly! They were so funny especially Deont'e who made us laugh from beginning to end. The Doctor was awesome she made the physical really fun and interactive! The front desk ladies were super polite and had a real bond like a family!

Love the extra services- overall blue print of the getwell brand in comparison to the rest of the urgent care offerings in Michigan. Getwell truly has the potential to be an urgent care brand that can exist in this world for the next 50 years to come! But there is not a doubt in my mind that something fishy is going on at this company, though. Something shady going on here that also makes you question does that shady-ness also shadow over patient treatments as well to some extent. I’ve never been to any other locations other then the Dearborn heights location, and 2 of my 3 Dearborn heights visits in 2024( all within 2-3 months apart ) were billed and made claim payable by the Southfield office, this office, which is why I am here leaving this review at this office.
