Get Well Urgent Care Of Madison Heights

The staff was extremely nice, and listened to my concerns or past treatments for same issue. Love how they are training and giving students the opportunity to learn. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was because I was there for THREE hours. Took a hour to get into a room. And st for extremely long periods. Seeing someone at the hour mark and then no one for a hour and half later. Everyone that arrived after me was gone. And lobby was empty when I left. Had to have my husband bring in a backup battery for my portable oxygen. Thank God we had a extra battery with us.

The best Urgent Care in the metro Detroit area! I live on 9 mile and mound in Warren but I’ll always drive the extra miles to come here instead of the ones local to me. They truly care and do their best to help fix whatever is going on. The office is clean, nice staff and there’s a pharmacy just down the hall from the waiting room. My husband, our two kids and myself have been here quite a few times and it’s always super fast, great care! We’re never in the waiting room for more than 20 minutes. I’d recommend coming here rather than the ER if it’s something that isn’t life or death.

My first impression was the cleanliness of the front desk area and the professional and friendliness of the front desk staff! After filling out the forms I then paid my co-pay and brought to the room. After a short 5 minute wait I was seen. I was given medication orders and picked them up from the pharmacy right next store in the same building! If I ever have another issue I definitely be back!

In general: Excellent in every way. I've been here twice and both times the provider (same each time) was so knowledgeable and respectful. As someone who works in Healthcare, it can be awkward seeking Healthcare but this place makes me feel validated, heard, and cared for. I actually feel like they have my back. They also have a pharmacy attached that is equally as exceptional. Also, other things people care about: 1) Receptionist are efficient and attentive 2) Waiting time is limited (at least in my 2 experiences, it was very very quick) 3) MA was not overly repetitive and didnt bog me down with a bunch of details not pertinent to my visit. Exceptional, excellent customer service 👏! Physician bedside manner was exceptional, he explained my treatment and condition very well. From the time I was first triaged at front desk, assistant was explicitly courteous and compassionate, excellent communication skills. All professional staff showed their excellence and caring skills to help me to receive the treatment 🙏 I needed. Doc explained my follow up, I was so worrying about my condition.
