Costco Pharmacy

People working here seems pretty nice and friendly. They have a lot of toes for all different types of sunglasses and eyeglasses. Plenty of tables and people are very helpful places clean and stuff is friendly.

Horrible customer service from certain people, great customer service with a few. Unfortunately the bad ones make it awful for the good ones. Yet again have to change pharmacies. I’m just gonna keep it to the hospital pharmacies from now on. This place stresses me out. They tell you they have the medicine then they don’t. They lie and scream at you and hang up on you and then blame the customer. It’s not the way I would do business, but unfortunately this is the price you pay for being at the mercy of the pharmacist who think they have more power over you than drs who went to medical school and have degrees. It’s a power game and it’s a mess and I thought Costco would do better, but they absolutely failed at customer care in the pharmacy. Zero stars

His extensive knowledge and responsiveness are truly remarkable. David's expertise and willingness to go the extra mile make him an indispensable asset to the pharmacy. What a courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind staff! I am so impressed. I transferred a prescription because the price is about half of the lowest cost elsewhere, and I was very intimidated. My experience with the people who helped me was positive in every way.

They worked with me to get my life saving medicine that was out of stock everywhere. I am forever grateful for thier patience and kindness. I think all 3 of them worked with me on this issue and I felt supported the whole time! Thanks again!
