Get Well Urgent Care Of Detroit

I’ve been a patient at Get Well Urgent Care Of Detroit since they first opened, and this is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this. I arrived at 5:49 PM and waited about 20–25 minutes to see the doctor, which was completely reasonable. The doctor told me she would provide a thumb splint and prescribe medication to help with inflammation. After that, I was left alone in the room and no one ever came back to follow up with me. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually left the building. I came back in at 6:55 PM to let them know that I was still supposed to receive a thumb splint and that I had been left in the room. When I walked out, staff were already cleaning up and preparing to close for the night. What disappointed me the most was that I wasn’t offered any apolog

This clinic is awesome everyone who worked with me from the respectful assistants to the amazing providers who treated me were so nice . If you want true healthcare best believe this is the place to come I got treated right away and got a shot in the office!!!!

This was my first visit here and I’m honestly bias to urgent care clinics. The facility was clean, the front desk staff was professional and knowledgeable. I went for testing and received my results within 2 days. They do not call if you have any negatives so I went there and they printed my results. The young man that drew my blood was great, Maaz thank you. And the rest of the team Nour, Amber, Michelle and Cynthia. To all my people out there it’s better to get tested than to get treatment. Great job guys!

I came in snotty an I thought that urgent care wasn’t going to help me an I want to apologize because Mrs. Amel gave me the up most respect and gave me such great energy I definitely will be coming back. My provider was so much help as well an I sincerely thank you all.

visited january 1st and had an unpleasant experience. the young receptionist is very rude and shouldn’t work in health care. what’s the point of checking in online with the appointment platform if i still have to check in at the front counter? the receptionist said that it’s a walk in based clinic which doesn’t negate the fact they accept appointments. i had an appointment and checked in with no instructions to check in at the counter as well because that would make checking in online an irrelevant step. and what’s the point of uploading my current information and insurance if the receptionist pulled my old insurance saying i didn’t have coverage. no additional questions asked because she had an attitude about doing her job. i got tested for covid, strep and the flu but didn’t get my resul
