Get Well Urgent Care Of Dearborn

I had such a great experience at this urgent care! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and caring from the moment I walked in. Scheduling was super easy and quick, and I was seen right on time. The provider took great care of me, they cleaned my ear safely and gently, explained everything they were doing, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It’s rare to find a clinic that feels this organized, kind, and efficient. I left feeling so relieved and well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs help quickly and wants a smooth, stress-free visit ❤️

Wait time was not bad at all, both for moving into a room & waiting for tests/doctors. Staff were so kind and helpful, it really felt like they cared about me as a patient which is hard to do when you are surely inundated with patients at this time of year, I was probably like their 8th strep case of the day and I still felt valued and like they were concerned about me. Pretty sure it is the one of two times, I’ve let an urgent care with positive things to say and I have been to a lot of urgent cares in my time, lol.

I came in on time for an appointment. In and out, but they didn’t give me paperwork, which is super weird. really do anything that could help my case. They said they sent medication to Walgreens and there was nothing when I went. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not know what they are doing. You will not get the right answers to your questions or concerns. One star for them being so nice

I was there last night for an ear infection and the Nurse got this out of my ear and she was so sweet, I was in and out and had my prescriptions all within and hour or so 😁

I typically avoid going to Urgent Care but my experience at Get Well was remarkably pleasant and stress free. The entire staff was efficient, friendly & made me feel welcome. They took care of my injury to my hand and gave great advice for care. It’s good to know there is a place like this to go for future care needs - thank you Get Well Urgent Care! ❤️‍🩹
