Gerontology (Senior Health) at BIDMC

I wanted to publicly share my appreciation to the receptionists at BIDMC gerontology: Laurie and Stephanie. Both of them have been extremely patient when it comes to setting appointments and assisting me in explaining the intake process. There are times when I need things explained to me slowly and clearly, and each of them have exercised a great deal of patience and friendliness each time I’ve called. I felt compelled to leave this review so that they know how helpful they have been. It can very tough trying to get care for our loved ones (including ’managing appointments) and having people like these two make all the difference. Thank you!!!
