Located in beautiful and historic downtown Centerville. What a beautiful town

I've been using this pharmacy for a year. Maybe 2 now. It is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever used. They are friendly and helpful every single time I come in, and every time they call me to remind me that I have an rx ready. Plus they offer complimentary delivery to my house, which i didn't realize until last week when I spoke with the sweetest gal who works there (I believe her name is Tia) She worked to get my prescriptions lined up with each other some so that I don't have to come in and get refills as often, and also set me up for a delivery the next day for some as well. This business cares about customer service, and it's worth driving a couple extra minutes for me to avoid the chain pharmacies that tend to be awful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The delivery is really nice and convenient. They have helped me a lot. They always update and message me when the prescriptions are ready.

After calling to verify that this pharmacy was a preferred provider for my insurance company and double checking to make sure they could accommodate my prescription needs, they filled the prescription for 2 months. Instead of informing me when I picked up the prescriptions that there was an issue with the reimbursement rate my insurance company gave them, they allowed the prescription to be called in again by my physician and then called me the next day to tell me they would no longer fill it. They told me they made arrangements with my doctor to have the medication sent to a different pharmacy and that they would be ready on my arrival. I went to the new pharmacy and the doctor nor the new pharmacy had been contacted and therefore they were unable to fulfill my medications resulting in m
