I had a great experience here with Dr. Bittner and all the staff! With a friendly greeting in a newly remodeled office, the attention to detail was evident. My exam went smoothly, with each step being explained to me along the way, and ending up with a fixed prescription that will help reduce my eyes strain! Then after my exam the frames I had indicated I was interested in seeing were waiting for me and I received friendly advice helping pick out my new frames. Being an engineer, the quality and strength of the Ovvo's really impressed me, and they are so light! All in all had a great experience here, and would highly recommend! A great addition to the community.

Wonderful staff! Everyone was so patient and truly went above and beyond—not only putting our son at ease, but also helping him find his favorite frames. The office was clean and welcoming, even with so much snow outside! Such a kind, caring experience from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10/10. This office was absolutely amazing! The provider I saw took her time, listened to me, and helped me get into a new script that brought me to tears with how well I could see! They were kind, timely, and very knowledgeable! The gal who helped me pick out my frames was beyond kind and helpful, explaining what the perfect fit should be and offering all the input I asked for! My family and friend will definitely be encouraged to go there! (Very clean and professional setting)

Great experience! Staff super friendly and hopefully. Dr was very informative and made sure I understood everything. The whole appointment was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Dr Bittner and everyone in the office in Germantown was exceptionally knowledgeable, Ashley was extremely professional, and Tricia and Emily were incredibly helpful in picking out frames and scheduling my appointments. If 6 stars was an option, they earned it!
