Germantown Pediatrics

Since i started bringing my daughter her shes been cared for by everyone in the building, i did have an unusual interaction with the female doctor but the other staffs great hospitality outweighed it.

I took my son here for almost 2 years and every encounter I’ve had with the head Doctor resulted in him with a nasty attitude, rude, or sarcastic. Also shows no compassion or interest when there’s concerns for my child or I confide in him. He made a comment that my 3 year old son “can’t be that badly autistic” because he was potty trained at a good age and verbal .. DISGUSTING! As if being autistic is bad in the first place. He doesn’t care for the best interest of his patients and he is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL he always reeks of cigarettes. As far as the front desk and other staff they’re very kind and the complete opposite which is why I continuously gave benefits of the doubt. I have been taking my kids to this office for 13 years. I have never had any issues and am always in and out in a good amount of time. They always respond in a timely manner, when you call with questions or concerns. Love going here.

This is the worst facility for anyone to be in my dad is in there as we speak the staff don't do a thing to help him they sit around at the desk on their personal phone's not responding to the call button and not only that he has been there since Friday and they have not given him a bath not only that his shower don't even work and the staff are RUDE!!! and not only that they feed him cold food and don't give him the food that he asks for they don't help him in and out of bed or to and from the bathroom so unprofessional all thumbs down 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 they are just out for the insurance money!!! Don't send your love ones to Willow Crest facility because it is not the place for them 🤨🤨🤨

They're always so nice when I call about my daughter. The front desk receptionist has really good patience. The doctors and nurses are also really sweet too.
