Germantown Home

Today I went to visit Germantown homes for my mother to come for rehab. I was very pleased. Kim was very pleasant confident. Loving. And her spirit was delightful, it was very clean in there. It smelled wonderful from the front door everywhere we went, Everybody smiled said hello, the residents was dressed well and clean smile on the face. Happy to see Kim when she walked around. I could feel the compassionin that all employee's have. My mother has been here over a week and we have been happy. Great results. Thanks to Ms. Kim and Ron for working with us to make her feel comfortable in her new environment. And to help make a better transition. For her new environment

Today I visit Germantown homes to see my sister in laws mom. It was an excellent experience from entering into the building until the moment I exited the building. The receptionist was great. She showed me how to log in as I was a first time visitor and then explained to me how to get to Mrs. P's room. The CNA who came in the room was even kind and courteous. If ever a relative or anyone I know, look for a facility, Germantown Home will be one of the first places to roll off my lips!

My mother in law has moved to Germantown Home in early September and has been receiving excellent care. She loves it. The staff members are very friendly, helpful and professional and they take pride in their work. They take time to know each resident by name and find out what they like and dislike. We don’t have to worry about her when we leave or don’t visit her. This would be the place that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place for their love ones.

Had a tour today with Kim regarding putting my mother there for rehab Kim was very helpful caring explained everything very well from the parking lot. You felt the warmth welcome to the front desk on the floors all the staff. It was very clean smell very, very good. I was very satisfied every bed was made the residence look very well taken care of excellent thank you Kim. I like to take the time to thank Kim from admissions for the smooth process for my mom admission to Germantown homes she was very helpful professional, friendly, pleasant explained everything well and I like to thank Mr. Ron also.

Great staff, great accomodations, happy clients. Families are very happy with Germantown Homes. Bible study, games, movies, concerts, arts and crafts. Great food. Medical needs are taken care of by the great and caring professional staff. So greatful that this facility is here. I am from Virginia but I can think of no better place in the country that I would trust with my love one.
