As a property manager in NYC, I have worked with Ralph for a number of years and find him to be a true class leader in his field. After working with several other engineers, I can see why Germain comes so highly recommended from many other boiler and fuel firms in the city. Germain was not only able to get us a much more fuel efficient boiler, but was able to obtain a large Con Edison rebate which allowed the buildings to add on some more features at no additional cost.
