I had a great experience with Lainey O'Donnell at Germain Dermatology. She was incredibly caring, listened closely to my concerns, and made me feel truly heard. Lainey quickly diagnosed my issue and explained everything clearly. She was thoughtful, understanding, and kind throughout my visit. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist.

The office staff were friendly and professional, eager to assist. I arrived very early yet was seen quickly. The PA, Ally Knight explained everything and did a thorough exam. Her nurse was one of the best, giving me additional information about my care. I felt like I was important!, rather than a number. I would highly recommend.

I started going to Germain Dermatology 3 months ago for uncontrolled rosacea and Dr Ally has it cleared up already. My skin looks better then it has in years and I'm so happy. The entire staff is also super friendly and kind. Great place

I have been going to Germain Dermatology since coming to SC 14 years ago and they are great. My dermatologist is Dr. Emily Kmetz and she the best. They have treated me for various squamous and melanoma’s and I would not go anywhere else. Through, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Dr. Emily Kmetz is the BEST! So knowledgeable, kind & takes the time to ask about your family! I arrived early, filled out the paperwork & was called back almost immediately! Dr. Kmetz came in and I was done in 10 minutes! I walked out within 15 mins of my appt time! The whole staff was great!! Highly recommend Dr. Kmetz who is caring and super thorough!! Love my Germain experience!!
