Gerber Small Animal Hospital

My family has been taking our pets to Dr. Gerber for 30+ years. He amazing with animals and is open and honest, and shows he cares for our furry family members. Staff is amazing as well. I haven’t met the new vet, but have heard great things and am looking forward to meeting her. Most importantly I TRUST the doctors and staff at Gerber Small animal hospital❤️

This morning I had a unexpected emergency. I called Gerber's and they got me in right away. Dr. Drapo, Erica, Cherie and Emily dropped everything and helped! Lori was amazing and calmed me down on the phone. Final outcome, was a success and everything went well! Bless their hearts! Thanks girls! I trust Gerber's small animal Hospital with all my babies! Dr Drapo is the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down!

Been with Dr Drapo since McBrides. My 2 teenage cats passed within a year. Aslan Orange guy, Legolas grey & white. I have 1 left Boromir my black kitty. Not only is she wonderful & her Techs are great esp Erica but the sympathy card w/fur & paw prints was a wonderful addition. If you think the receptionist are rude who work w/sick animals & upset owners be a human being & understand there feelings also. Kindness does go a long way.

I’ve been to A LOT of vets, for routine and emergency procedures. All of them prior besides OSU seem to price gauge and seem to care more about the green other than the animals. I truly believe many vets in this area are part of some sort of conglomerate and keep prices similar and attempt to crush those that do not comply. This vet, completely goes against that norm. This was my first experience with them, for teeth cleaning / removal along w a fat mass removal on my Beagle. They were 1/2 the price of other vets in area ($1,500-$2,000 compared to over $3,000). Not only that, a pet peeve of mine is vets requiring payment prior to treatment, which all in area do. DRIVES ME NUTS! It was refreshing to drop off my dog here and have them say, “we will call you when she’s ready!” And not pull
