Dr. Cicic is excellent, he has a great bedside manner and is very easy to talk through. My issue is with scheduling and the staff. There have been so many mix-up's with what the Doctor ordered and what the staff sees. Last week, I left a urine sample and today in the portal I was informed that their courier service did not pick it up and now I have to go back to submit another one. I was told to to call the office to schedule an appointment for that. After two hours on hold I just decided to forget it.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience. My medication has expired, and I have been trying to get it refilled for the past two weeks. I have called every single day, spoken with multiple staff members, and left at least four voicemails. Despite all of these attempts, I still have not received my medication, nor have I received a single callback. This level of communication and follow-through is very disappointing, especially when it involves something as important as prescription medication. I hope the office can improve its responsiveness and communication, as patients should not have to chase their own medical care for weeks without any resolution.

Providing 2 stars instead of 1 just because Dr. Cicic had decent bedside manner and was an attentive doctor. As for the billing department, they conduct shady billing efforts through being generally unavailable/unreachable by phone, sending inconsistent balances through their online portal with vague line item descriptions of their services, and do not offer opportunities for feedback loops via customer surveys or available escalations to their billing department head. Their billing strategy is designed in a way that could be considered predatory to individuals who aren’t technologically proficient, and this clinic is clearly praying on its patients through its muddied billing requirements. I like Dr. Kim. He listens to you and takes the time to explain things. However, the office is run extremely poorly. They couldn't find my lab results, never posted them in the portal. When you try to call the office, you never get to speak to anyone. You're left on hold endlessly. Your only hope is to leave a message and hope that they call you back. If you made an appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, you do not have this option in the portal. You have to call (see frustration above). I DO NOT RECOMMEND this practice if COMMUNICATION and GOOD SERVICE is important to you.

I enjoyed my initial visit with Dr. Anglade, he did a thorough exam and answered every question I had. At no point did I feel rushed. Although the visit with Dr. Anglade went well, the office staff leave a lot to be desired. My prescription was sent to a compounding pharmacy who promptly called me to say that it should have been sent to a retail pharmacy instead. I called the office, was placed on hold for a half hour by a rude woman who cut me off every sentence. Disconnected and called back, and spoke with another woman who said "didn't you just call?" I told her yes and explained why I was calling back. She told me someone would call within the hour. After 3 hours, I called again, spoke to a third woman who told me that the pharmacy was wrong and to call them and explain it to them. I
