Georgia Eye Care Center

I've been going to Georgia Eye Care Center for years, and I've never had a problem with the staff. Doctor Felicity is a good, caring eye doctor. Bad reviews come from people who, when things don't go their way, get upset and want to write a bad review. If you're looking for a good eye doctor this is the best eye care center to come to.

Doc is so gentle and patient. She doesn’t mind questions being asked and is very thorough. Denise is patient and informative as well and has amazing customer service!

Friendly staff and seen in a timely manner. The doctor was very nice and explained any questions that I had. Found a nice pair of glasses that I liked.

Very unprofessional receptionist who do not know how to schedule. I had an appt at 10:45 am and I waited a hour and a half. Since I was waiting I went to receptionist to make sure I wasn't skipped. She said I still had 3 people ahead of me. I told her I had to go to work so she was like their appts normally have to wait 2-3 hours. I was like I was never told that. This is was 2nd visit and the first one went rather fast. I informed her that I was never told that appts are 2-3 hours wait. By healthcare law, she suppose to inform patient after a 45 minutes past their appts of any changes. She did not. So I asked to reschedule. I asked if I could have something to show that I was there for work and she said no because I didn't see the doctor. So I'm like ok then please give me back my copay

This place is incredible. Was in and out in 2 hours. The service was friendly polite and caring. They resolved my issue and had my obstruction removed from my eye with little pain. The staff from the receptionist all the way to the doctor were amazing!
