George Washington Skilled Nursing Facility in Alexandria Virginia is under new management with Administrator John Bethea and the social worker Susan Brand. These 2 are the best of the best and treat every resident like they are part of their own family. GW Skilled Nursing medical team is outstanding with the unit managers Sally and Titi . The GW team is amazing and you will get the best care for your loved one at this facility.

GW Health and Rehab did the best they could with my mothers care. The staff was kind and they worked hard to make sure my mothers health did not decline. With any rehab, family support is paramount to success so when they were short on staff, we helped our mother get through the day. Kudos to George Washington Rehab.

I am writing a new review from yesterday. I was not impressed with the physical facility and nervous. 24 hours later I feel so much better. The staff and director have made me feel good about leaving mom here. The facility should be updated for staff and patients. It’s in a million dollar neighborhood so …. Having said that what matters is her care and so far I am very impressed. Thank you ALL STAFF. GRATEFUL FOR YOUR CARE

I would like to thank the George Washington Health and Rehab in Alexandria, VA staff for the excellent care they provided for my husband. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout his stay. I would like to especially thank Ms. Janet Palmer-Davies of the Social Services Department who help me to understand my husband's rights and for making sure that he received the home health equipment and other services he needed to make his transition back home as smooth as possible.

Excellent staff to care for my husband's rehab. PT Chez, nurse Alexandra, Social Worker Karla, aid, Maxi are exceptional. If they coordinate each division, I would give six stars out of five. Thank you for your hard work!!
