I have been seeing Dr Ray for a couple years now. Today I had a follow up appointment that shouldn’t have taken very long at all. My appointment was for 8:30. A few minutes after I arrived his nurse came out to let me know they would be coming to get me soon that they had a couple of procedures to do…ok fine. I waited an hour before they finally put me in a room. Another patient that was waiting in the waiting room that had only been there for about 15 minutes made a rude comment about them needing to hurry up. When we got in the room the nurse thanked me for being patient and said that man isn’t.
