George A Oley III DDS PLC "Drs Oley, Shaia & Associates"

Pulled me back for my new patient appointment 35 minutes late and then told me they didn’t have enough time to do my cleaning. So, because they were running late, I had to find another time to come back for my cleaning. Pretty unacceptable in my opinion.

Dental Hygentist was great, but the experience with Dr. Oley after was quite awkward. I explained my past experience related to teeth grinding and his only answer was "crown". I went to a dentist that I visited before (but didn't get the same insurance) and was pleased to learn I only needed fillings. The bill comes. **I pay it the same day: August 5, 2025**. I then received a late notice and followed up with a note via their website "contact us" page. No response. Today, I get another invoice listed at 90 days late. Seriously?

Mrs. Pallavi is the greatest hygeinist. She provides a thorough cleaning and definitely takes pride in her work Mrs Wilby and Pallavi give honest feedback and guidance on taking care of your teeth. Thank you both.

DO NOT GO HERE!Had the worst and most negative, unprofessional, uncaring experience here. Went for a routine crown replacement on a tooth which already had a root canal years ago. Left the office 3 1/2 hrs later after about 9 novacaine injections and lots of drilling? Entire mouth and gums were bruised, infected, and needed to see another provider for antibiotics and extraction. Mouth took 1 month to heal. After calling Dr. OLEY’s office to report the problem, I received NO callback! They are insensitive and heavy handed. Saw Wilby, supposed DDS. She and her “assistants”had terrible bedside manner, and she tried to upsell me to have a root canal on a different perfectly good tooth that day. I have since found 5 others with very bad experiences at this office.

This was my first visit there and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was greeted and taken in the back. I barely started writing out the forms and I was early lol. My hygienest was awesome. She explained things to me and was very informative. The cleaning was great and the visit went very well. My time with the Dentist was brief but she was also very nice. I will absolutely go back.
