Gentlecare Dental

Been going here for 4 yrs now and i have no problem with their service. The dental hygienist was nice and Dr. Han is nice too. But today i was pissed with the blonde receptionist coz she never even care when i walked in i greeted and sat and wait for her to call me. I waited like 10 mins and she never even bother to ask me. I am so pissed so walked to her and tell her that i have an appointment for 9:30am coz its almost 9:40am. Thats not how you treat customer. Ignoring and not paying attention

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years since moving to Bristol and have consistently had excellent service from Dr. Han and his staff. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue coming back!

I really liked this dental practice for years. That is, until I got a root canal and the crown got put on wrong. This led to my tooth getting infected, which im still paying for and trying to fix 2 years later at a different practice.
