Gentle Family Dentistry, PC

Staff was very friendly and professional. The appointment was very easily made and available immediately after scheduling. Unfortunately, the computers were down the day of the appointment and may have effected the wait time ( about 45 mins after scheduled). We saw Dr Dillion a very short time after X-rays. She was also, very courteous and referred my 87 yr old dad to an Orthodontist. The least pleasant part of the experience was the amount charged for the visit. My dad does not have dental coverage. The cost was a bit more than I figured for X-rays, a prescription and a 10 minute consultation. Hence, the overall current medical/health situation we're faced with today.

The staff is extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Dr. Dillon is t n e best dentist that I have ever gone to. I really don't like going to the dentist, however I feel truly comfortable with her. She is amazing and does excellent work. The facility is extremely clean as well. I would recommend Gentle Family Dentistry to anyone who needs a dentist!

Dentist care is not my personal favorite. Thankful for a staff full of women that provide an elite level of customer service. Combined with a clearly identifiable expertise in the profession, it is easy for me to say that this is my new, PERMANANT, dental office. Thanks Dr. Dillion and team.

From the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely at ease. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, setting a great tone for the entire visit. My hygienist was not only thorough but incredibly gentle and attentive, taking the time to explain each step and make sure I was comfortable the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who can make a cleaning feel this pleasant! Dr. Dillon truly stands out with her compassionate approach and exceptional skill. She took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a stressful visit into an incredibly positive experience. I've had multiple experiences with excellent and not-so-excellent dentists... I can say with all sincerity that Gentle Family Dentistry is above and beyond all of my expectations! Thus far, I've had a deep cleaning and one extraction. Dr. Betty Dillon and her staff are wonderful to work with, their prices are very reasonable, and their followup with patients is immaculate! While I cannot speak to the issues others may have had, I can say that just like any other business in any other field, the more information you can give them, the better your experience will be...
