Love Dr Patel! The kindest most lovely hands on dentist. She will get to know you because in my case, on my first appointment, it seems her dental hygienist was out that day. And so, she did everything with me from start to finish. Cleaning, X-rays, evaluation and her office looks clean with all proper hygienics followed!

Every appointment I’ve had has involved waiting well past my scheduled time. While I was patient initially, it became clear this is a consistent pattern rather than an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, I observed other patients being taken ahead of me after the receptionist confirmed they had the same appointment time I did, strongly suggesting routine double or triple booking. When I asked why my appointments were consistently running behind, I received no apology—only a shrug and an excuse about a “no-show.” My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s. Scheduling appointments serves no purpose if they are not honored. If multiple patients are booked for the same time slot, that should be communicated transparently in advance. Only had a crown glued back on, but was fast and easy. Office wasn't too busy, staff was nice. Probably one of the better options for a dentist in York County, that accepts Medicaid/Medicare.

Definitely recommend they are amazing me and my children go there they were very sweet to my 7 year old son he’s looking forward to going back best part he got a prize at the end of his visit

I never ever have good experiences at the dentist. I was so worried for this appointment, and it turned out so amazingly I was so delighted! I actually can’t wait to go back - I can’t believe how beautiful my teeth are that they worked on! Everyone was so nice and it didn’t hurt at all.
