Gentle Dental Tri Pointe

I had a bad infection related to my 6 year molar. They accommodated my short notice request for help. The tooth was pulled and antibiotics prescribed. The pain is receding. They also helped me sign up for financing. Thanks to the whole staff. I highly recommend Gentle Dental Tri Pointe.

I wouldn't send my dog there.They started my work, pulled 6 teeth, on my lower jaw.and a lower denture. Gave me a "temp" denture. They billed my ins accordingly approximately $1200. Went in for what I thought was the final apt, and to receive my "permanent" lower denture. We'll my appointment started out waiting 20 min to be told I could get my lower made for a mere $2000. As I started to walk out ,a tall skinny bushy haired secretary followed stating different deals and prices for a lower plate. As for me, I will not be returning !. This was such an extreme disappointment.

Dr. Bhalla and his team were professional, timely, and extremely compassionate. I appreciated how I was treated as a whole person, and given options during my dental visit. Finally, a dentist who doesn’t push unnecessary procedures on his patients, but provides an excellent standard of care. I drove across town to see Dr. Bhalla, and will do so again.

I made an appointment here because United Health had them on their site as a preferred doctor. I had a really hard time getting to the receptionist on the phone but I finally got an appointment. I arrived early as my appointment reminder suggested. No one was there except the receptionist and a patient who was checking out. They sounded like they knew each other well and continued to socialize for over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from the receptionist. I finally called out to her asking if they would be longer. She finally looked up and I realized she had known I was standing there but just didnt care. I walked out after asking her to cancel my appointment. I wasn't confident that the Doctor would be any better than the receptionist.

If there was less than one star I'd give you that. First, when I made the appointment I made it with a certain doctor or dentist. Second, no one wanted to listen to me. You called and told me my insurance wouldn't pay for anymore x-rays. But you seemed to have for gotten that. When a person says they can't open their mouth wider...believe them. My mouth is all cut up inside. Third, make sure the dentist is seeing the correct patient. Fourth, when a person comes in for a certain procedure, don't sit there and tell them that they don't need it even though though they've already seen an oral surgeon who sent you copies of x-rays and notes explaining why they need a certain procedure. You're not qualified to question that. You only want patient to keep their teeth so you can get more money out
