Dr. In and his team are fantastic. He is fast but does extremely good work. Truly, I think hes talented. The team is kind and approachable. I have never felt ashamed in their office. I am one of those people with lots of problems for reasons outside of my control. I have had A LOT of work on my teeth. I've had dentists tell me "you're a gold mine", ignore problems because they "didnt want to turn a mountain out of a mole hill" (spoiler alert, it was a mountainous problem for me at a later date) and charge me & insurance $1200 for a crown. Dr. In and his crew would never interact with me that way. It looks to me the team at this Gentle Dental location has a great system to see a lot of patients in a day, which enables the affordable prices. The fillings I've had, and the crown I got in 20

Been going to gentle dental for several years of the dentist. I went on December 1 seated and didn’t see anybody for 47 minutes so I left because I own a business and needed to open my business up which the dentist is fully aware of. So I left and I haven’t heard from anybody. Prior to going to this appointment, I received no less than a dozen text messages, asking me to verify that I would be on time! Pretty ironic!

Strengths: They took me in very quickly. The service seemed to fix my tooth issue and appears well done. Front staff are friendly. Weaknesses: The dentist seemed to lack friendliness and communication. He didn't even say hello and just started operating. Additionally, he didn't ask or tell me why a local injectable anesthetic was necessary for a standard surface dental bonding. I appreciate the their motto of being gentle, but I would appreciate feeling like I knew what the dentist's intentions were before being jabbed and what they are planning to do and why. I would go here again, but the dentist needs to work on communicating with his patients.

I like my dentist there. I'm afraid of dentist though. But this dentist place is very respectful, nice, responsible, caring, clean bathroom and very organized place and also clean waiting room and nice and caring staff and very helpful dentists and also great parking lot. And also this dentist place is right by a lot of other stores . That u can walk to. There giant, Kohl's, dollar tree and other. Do recommend this dentist place.

I’m really disappointed with how this dental office has changed. My family’s first visit was great — we were impressed and thought we found our new long-term dentist. Unfortunately, the customer service has completely fallen apart in the past few months. They canceled one of our family appointments just two days before the scheduled date, told us to call to reschedule, and then never returned multiple calls. It’s now been over a month with no response. Then this morning, they canceled another appointment that had been on the books for a year — no explanation, just a message saying to call. When I did, I was told there were no openings for another eight months. What made things worse was the rude and dismissive attitude I received when trying to resolve the issue.
